Q: How long is shipping?

A: Standard shipping is 3-5 business days and express is 2-3 business days (not including holidays or weekends). Your order will ship out once it is done processing in 1-3 business days. Please refer to our shipping policy.

 

Q: Is Cashapp accepted?

A: No, all payments must be made through the website or invoice.

 

Q: Are pick-ups and drop-offs allowed?

A: No, all orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service.

 

Q: How long does the quality of the jewelry last?

A: Iron bangles can last 3 months to a year with proper care before rusting occurs. Wipe bangles off with a soft cloth, and avoid the "S's" while wearing them. The "S's" are swimming, showering, sweating, sleeping, and spraying perfume on your jewelry. Our sterling silver bangles and necklaces hold their quality over time, but proper care is still needed. 

 

Q: When is restock?

A: Restock dates are announced on our social media platforms, and website. There is not set day of the week for restock.

 

Q: Are there brand ambassadors needed?

A: No, not at this moment. There will be a Google form posted on our social media accounts, and website when we are needing some.

 

Q: Are exchanges acceptable?

A: No exchanges are acceptable unless an error was made on our end.

 

Q: Are all sales final?

A: Yes, all sales are finals. There will no refunds given unless a mistake was made on our end. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
